The Mentorship Program

The 3C Mentorship Program is a way to formalize relationships between industry sector professionals and aspiring goal oriented people with a desire to grow under the guidance and mentoring of successful practitioners. Mentors promote the skills necessary to acquire entry level jobs. 

Our goal is to create an environment that fosters the growth and development of other while inspiring people to consider a career in the built environment sector. Career planning, goal development and career readiness are highly encouraged. Our mentors act as advisors, coaches and cheerleaders in support of our mentees and proteges.   

On a periodic basis, we will showcase a speaker series, panel discussions and Q&A sessions to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our mentees to practice virtual engagement and networking while learning about industry trends, job training opportunities, internships and entry level job opportunities.
