We strive to drive equity through quality mentoring for young people. 3C Mentorship has developed a process for youth (18-26, especially emancipated youth and first generation college students) and adult learners to interact with built environment practitioners in an efficient and effective modality optimal to both the mentor and to the mentee.
Seeing a need for energetic, non-profit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions by contributing to the professional development of the future leaders of our industry. Investing in the future architects, engineers, planners and facilities and maintenance building life-cycle workforce.
Assist our youth and transitional workforce in becoming acclimated to the design, construction and facilities industry by participating in a strong industry specific mentoring program. We create an engagement process conducive for active learning and exchange of skills for individuals certain and uncertain of their chosen career path to ensure underserved community members have access to internships, apprenticeships and entry level positions in the design, construction, facilities and sustainability industry.
Our amazing team of mentors are committed to helping aspiring and novice professionals find their way. We take our convictions and turn them into action; connecting and fueling opportunities for youth, and adult learners everywhere, from schools, to work places and beyond.
